Bullen & Brödet is Swedish and would translate to ”The Bread and the Bun”. They make very simple but elegant sourdough breads and buns in all sorts of ways and varieties. I wanted to convey the feeling of hard work, simplicity and craft. The bold letters between the ’ear of wheat’ mixes both work and play.
